MANILA, Philippines - The Manila Police District on Friday announced that several roads in the City of Manila will be closed on October 18 and 19 to make way for two events. The north and southbound lanes of Roxas Boulevard, from T.M. Kalaw to Katigbak Drive will be closed on October 18 starting at 3 p.m. for a wreath-laying ceremony at Rizal Park to be graced by Indian President Ram Nath Kovind. Meanwhile, the following roads will also be closed on October 19 starting at 4 p.m. for the Oktoberfest sa Maynila festivities: Stretch of J. Nakpil Street, from Guerrero Street to Adriatico Street in Malate, Manila Stretch of Bocobo Street...
