The Los Angeles Lakers could be hitting on two birds with one stone if they land superstar big man Anthony Davis. According to Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.com, Golden State All-Star Klay Thompson's "attention will be on the Lakers" in the offseason if Davis is there and if the Warriors don't offer him a max contract this summer. Through his agent Rich Paul, Davis had already informed the New Orleans Pelicans that he has no intention of signing a contract extension and he wants to go elsewhere.Davis, who is averaging 29.3 points and 13.3 rebounds per game this season, was fined $50,000 by the NBA for his public trade demand.
