MANILA, Philippines - Manila Mayor Isko Moreno asked the city council on Monday to abolish the Manila Tricycle Regulatory Office (MTRO) over alleged corruption issues on its personnel. "I'm asking the vice mayor for today's session to abolish MTRO.
