MANILA, Philippines - The Department of Energy (DOE) has assured the public that it is closely monitoring development related to the drone attacks in two major oil sites in Saudi Arabia, the world's largest oil exporter.   Energy Secretary Alfonso Cusi said he had convened an emergency meeting on Sunday to discuss the situation.   "We are seeking to ensure that the energy family will be sufficiently prepared to face the potential impact of this unfortunate incident, if any, on the country," Cusi said in a statement Monday.
