MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) raised the yellow rainfall warning over parts of Zambales at 8 a.m. on Monday. Covered by the rainfall warning are Iba, Botolan, Cabangan, San Felipe, San Narciso and San Antonio. A yellow rainfall warning is usually raised when 7.5 to 15-millimeters of rain is accumulated in a span of an hour and is expected to persist for the next two hours.
