MANILA, Philippines---Malacaang denied Wednesday that President Rodrigo Duterte admitted his involvement in the ambush of former Daanbantayan, Cebu mayor Vicente Loot, noting that the Chief Executive only "misspeaks" the Filipino language which is not his native tongue.
