Oscar Albayalde on Wednesday disclosed that Baguio City Mayor and former Assistant Director for Operations of the PNP- Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) Benjamin Magalong asked for a "little favor" from him sometime from 2006 to 2010.
