LUCENA CITY, Philippines -- Two suspected illegal Small Town Lottery (STL) bet collectors were arrested in a police operation in this city on Saturday, police said Sunday. Arrested around 9:10 p.m. while allegedly collecting bets in Barangay (village) Dalahican were Amalia Pancho, 58, and Susan Rosauro, 38, Lucena police said in a report. Seized from the suspects were STL bet collection forms, paraphernalia, and cash bets in different denominations.
