MANILA, Philippines - A section of Roxas Boulevard was temporarily closed to traffic Thursday morning after a black trolley bag was found abandoned in the area. The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Thursday said that heavy traffic is expected along the area as the Roxas Boulevard service road - Padre Faura area was temporarily closed to vehicular traffic due to the suspected bomb threat.
