MANILA, Philippines --- Samar Governor Milagrosa Tee Tan passed away Saturday at the age of 61, her daughter Samar 2nd District Representative Sharee Ann Tan said. Sharee Ann said Milagrosa died at 7:50 p.m. Saturday at St. Luke's Medical Center in Taguig City after she suffered a cardiac arrest.
