MANILA, Philippines -- Traffic management plans for Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA), Roxas Boulevard and other parts of Metro Manila are already in place ahead of the formal opening of the 30th Southeast Asian Games this weekend, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) assured Thursday. MMDA spokesperson Celine Pialago said the use of yellow lanes will be maximized and stop-and-go scheme will be implemented along EDSA.
