MANILA, Philippines -- Traffic management plans for Epifanio de los Santos Avenue (EDSA), Roxas Boulevard and other parts of Metro Manila are already in place ahead of the formal opening of the 30th Southeast Asian Games this weekend, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) assured Thursday.
