Tisoy slightly weakens but Signal No. 2 up in 3 provinces

  MANILA, Philippines --- Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 2 is now up over three provinces despite the slight weakening of Typhoon Tisoy on Sunday, the state weather bureau said.   Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) hoisted TCWS No. 2 in Catanduanes, Northern Samar, and Eastern Samar.   TCWS No. 1, meanwhile, was hoisted in more areas: Luzon Quezon including Polillo Islands, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Albay, Sorsogon, Masbate including Burias and Ticao Island, Marinduque, and Romblon Visayas Aklan, Capiz, northern Iloilo (Ajuy, Anilao, Balasan, Banate, Barotac Vie...
