LUCENA CITY ---- Police arrested another vape smoker in this city on Wednesday, a week after President Duterte ordered the ban on the use and importation of e-cigarettes sans an executive order. Policemen collared Randil Jhon Galang, 19, when he was spotted smoking an e-cigarette in Barangay Ibabang Iyam around 11 a.m. during a routine patrol in the village as part of Oplan Magilas," the city-wide anti-criminality campaign. Authorities brought Galang to the police station, recorded his name on the blotter, and released him afterward. Police also confiscated his e-cigarette.
