MANILA, Philippines --- Filipino filmmakers may now submit their entries to the 2020 edition of the Office of the Vice President's (OVP) "Istorya ng Pagasa" Film Festival (INPFF). The deadline of submission of entries will be on March 27, 2020, the OVP announced during the film festival's launch Wednesday.
