CITY OF CALAPAN -- A fisherman was shot and killed in Puerto Princesa City in Palawan province on Friday, police said. Lt. Col. Socrates Faltado, Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan (Mimaropa) police information officer, said suspect Glenn Ibarra, 47, was on a drinking spree at a nipa hut on the seashore with Reynaldo Baculinao and his father Ricardo Baculinao Sr., owner of the hut.
