Socrates Faltado, Mindoro, Marinduque, Romblon, Palawan (Mimaropa) police information officer, said suspect Glenn Ibarra, 47, was on a drinking spree at a nipa hut on the seashore with Reynaldo Baculinao and his father Ricardo Baculinao Sr., owner of the hut.
