MANILA, Philippines --- Metro Manila, along with other areas in Luzon, will experience cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms on Sunday, the weather bureau said. This will be brought about by a tail-end of a cold front, which is affecting Northern Luzon, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said it its daily weather forecast. The other affected areas include the Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon and the provinces of Rizal and Quezon.
