MANILA, Philippines -- The city government of Pasig appealed to delinquent motorists to redeem their confiscated driver's license and pay their fines as the amnesty program for traffic violators is valid only until April 2020. In a tweet on Monday, Pasig Mayor Vico Sotto said that traffic violators would just have to pay their basic fines and a maximum penalty of 10 percent.
