MANILA, Philippines --- Tropical Storm Ramon remains stationary over the Philippine Sea, the state weather bureau said Saturday. In its 4 a.m. weather bulletin, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Ramon was last spotted at 440 kilometers east of Casiguran, Aurora. Ramon is packing maximum sustained winds of 65 kilometers per hour (kph) near the center and gustiness of up to 80 kph. The tropical storm is expected to exit the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) Thursday morning.
