MANILA, Philippines --- Brig. Gen. Nolasco Bathan on Wednesday officially took over command of the Eastern Police District (EPD). Bathan formerly served as Deputy Regional Director for Administration at the Police Regional Office 11 (Davao Region). Outgoing EPD officer-in-charge Col.
