2 motorbikes, cement mixer figure in C-5 mishap; Expect heavy traffic

MANILA, Philippines - Two motorcycles and a cement mixer figured in a mishap at the C-5 Bagong Ilog flyover in Pasig City Thursday and tied up vehicular traffic in the area, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said.   In a tweet, MMDA said that two lanes are blocked as ofposting time.   Rescue personnel are already clearing the area.   "Multiple collision at C5 Bagong Ilog F/O NB involving 2 MC and mixer car as of 7:35 AM. 2 lanes occupied.
