LUCENA CITY ---- A wanted criminal was killed after he allegedly resisted arrest in Lopez town in Quezon province on Tuesday. A report from the Lopez police said Angelito Capellan, 41, using his caliber .45 pistol shot a policeman who was about to serve the warrant for his arrest in Barangay Bocboc around 4 p.m. Capellan, who was wanted for arson, missed his target who immediately returned fire. Capellan died while being taken to the Magsaysay Memorial Hospital at the town center....
