LUCENA CITY ---- Two suspected village-level "shabu" (crystal meth) peddlers were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Infanta town in Quezon province early Monday, police said. Anti-illegal drug operatives collared Richard Berin, 47, and Erlyn Joy Quirrez, 19, after the two sold shabu to an undercover police officer in a transaction in a beach resort in Barangay Abiawin around 4 a.m., Colonel Audie Madrideo, Quezon police chief, said in a report.
