MANILA, Philippines --- Police have identified the gunman in the murder of a radio broadcaster in Dumaguete City. Brig. Gen. Valeriano De Leon, Central Visayas police chief, said investigators already have the name of the suspect. Police however requested that the identity and background of the gunman not be disclosed as a hot pursuit operation is ongoing.
