MANILA, Philippines --- Tropical Storm Sarah continues to weaken but rains will still be experienced in parts of Luzon due to the northeast monsoon, the state weather bureau said Friday. Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Sarah is no longer bringing significant rainfall in the country. But Metro Manila, Bicol Region, Aurora, Quezon, Rizal, Laguna, and Bulacan will have cloudy skies with light to moderate rains because of the northeast monsoon.
