LUCENA CITY ---- A Bicol-bound motorist died and four others were injured after the van they were riding on crashed into a parked truck along the Quirino Highway in Tagkawayan town in Quezon province early Friday. A spot report from Tagkawayan police station said a Mitsubishi FB L300 van was negotiating the Quirino Highway on the way to Bicol, when its driver, Mark Anthony Palad, lost control of the steering wheel.
