TAGBILARAN CITY, Philippines -- The dead man who was found along the national highway in Balilihan town on Friday, June 7, has finally been identified. Police Captain John Lynbert Yango, chief of Balilihan Police said they were able to identify Regino Laudiana, Jr. through a tattoo in his body. "His name was inscribed on his back," Yango said. Laudiana, Jr., 24, was a resident of Calceta Street, Barangay Cogon, Tagbilaran City. He suffered gunshot wounds on the head.
