MANILA, Philippines --- Train operations in the Light Rail Transit Line 2 (LRT-2) had been suspended on Friday after encountering a technical problem. "UPDATE: LRT-2 ops temporarily suspended due to a technical problem," the management of the train system announced in a Twitter post. "Intervention is ongoing.
