MOSCOW --- Chinese President Xi Jinping appeared Friday as guest of honor at Russia's showcase economic forum, as the two neighbors present a united front in the face of shared troubles with the United States. Xi arrived in Moscow on Wednesday for a three-day visit with Vladimir Putin, whom he described as his "best friend" during a cozy meeting at the Kremlin.
