CITY OF ILAGAN, Isabela --- A speeding car rammed a motorcycle, killing a 15-year-old girl and critically injuring her father in Barangay Lullutan on Thursday afternoon (June 13), police said. Sherimae Zalun was dead by the time she was brought to the Isabela Doctors General Hospital. Her father, motorcycle driver Severino Zalun, has been confined at the Gov. Faustino Dy Sr. Memorial Hospital.
