MANILA, Philippines --- Around 600 families were affected when fire broke out at a residential area in Sta. Ana, Manila only hours after residents ushered in the new year. An on-scene spot report from the city fire department showed that the fire started at around 3:50 a.m. The fire was raised to Task Force Bravo at around 5:20 a.m and was declared under control at 6:45 a.m. https://twitter.com/manilapio/status/1212145240670269440?s=21 The report said at least two were injured from the fire.
