BULACAN, Philippines --- Authorities led by Philippine National Police (PNP) officer-in-charge Lt. Gen. Archie Gamboa laughed at a drenched and huge "atomic triangle" that later turned out to be just a small firecracker wrapped in layers of paper to make it appear big. Gamboa, including other police authorities, trooped to a tent where confiscated firecrackers were kept to show the proper disposal of firecrackers. Gamboa first dunked the "atomic triangle" in a huge container filled with water. To ensure that the firecracker was fully drenched in water, Gamboa slowly peeled the illegal firecracker to discover the tiny firecracker inside.  ...
