DARAGA, ALBAY, Philippines --- A suspected drug dealer and her male companion were arrested on Sunday night by police anti-illegal drug operatives for possession of suspected "shabu" (crystal meth) worth P54,000 during a buy-bust in Daraga town in Albay province, a police report said Monday. Arrested were Haydeliza Gonzales, 45, resident of Barangay (village) Cullat, and Rudyard Abache, 42, resident of Barangay 8 in Legazpi City, said Police Capt.
