MANILA, Philippines --- The Manila Police District's Traffic Enforcement Unit (MPD-TEU) has announced the closure of some roads in Manil and the implementation of a traffic rerouting plan for the Black Nazarene Thanksgiving Procession on Monday (Dec. 30).
