MANILA, Philippines --- The Manila Police District's Traffic Enforcement Unit (MPD-TEU) has announced the closure of some roads in Manil and the implementation of a traffic rerouting plan for the Black Nazarene Thanksgiving Procession on Monday (Dec. 30). The following roads will be closed starting at 8:30 a.m. to give way for the Black Nazarene Thanksgiving procession: Southbound lane of Quezon Boulevard in Quiapo from A.
