Aside from celebrating the day of his birth, Cuenca also marked the first year of his relationship with beauty queen Kylie Verzosa. The lovely couple jetted off to Singapore after Christmas to enjoy some quality time together. Cuenca and Verzosa went to an Italian restaurant for a romantic dinner.
