MANILA, Philippines --- The Film Development Council of the Philippines (FDCP) is inviting young filmmakers from ages 15 to 30 to join its short film competition "Sine Kabataan." FDCP announced Monday it is already accepting short films depicting "the youth's perception of health, security and peacebuilding, education, and family values."
