MANILA, Philippines - Outgoing Senator Antonio Trillanes IV is lining up many lawsuits against Peter Joemel Advincula,after the latter dragged him in an alleged ouster plot against the President. Advincula claimedto be "Bikoy," the hooded man in the so-called "Ang Totoong Narcolist" videos that linked President Rodrigo Duterte's relatives and allies to the illegal drug trade.
