MANILA, Philippines - The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will affect Mindanao and Palawan areas on Sunday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said. Hence, cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the ITCZ are expected to prevail in Palawan and Mindanao, the state weather bureau added.
