LUCENA CITY -- Police shot dead a drug suspect during a buy-bust operation here on Saturday, authorities reported on Sunday. Fidel Galvez, 43, was killed in a reported shootout after he allegedly sold "shabu" (crystal meth) to an undercover police officer in Barangay (village) Dalahican at about 5:10 p.m., Colonel Ramil Montilla, Quezon police chief, said.
