LEGAZPI CITY -- Sixty two families who left their homes and sought refuge from Typhoon Tisoy in two villages in Pilar, Sorsogon are still in evacuation centers. Arnol Lista, the municipal disaster risk reduction and management officer, said Monday that the families still live in evacuation centers because they have no home to go to.
