MANILA, Philippines -- The northeast monsoon or "amihan" will continue to bring cloudy skies and light rains over Luzon areas on Sunday, state weather bureau reported. In a 4 a.m. live weather advisory, weather specialist Meno Mendoza said cloudy skies with light rainfall is expected over Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region and Ilocos Region. For Northern Luzon, the state weather bureau recorded a maximum temperature of 26.7C and minimum temperature of 20.6C.
