BAGUIO CITY - The Christmas season temperature in this nippy summer capital dropped to 11.8 degrees Celsius at 6 a.m. on Monday, the coldest morning so far this month. Cooler mornings, however, are expected in the coming weeks as Baguio City's coldest morning is usually recorded between January and February, said Leticia Dispo, weather specialist of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration here.
