MANILA, Philippines --- A former police officer currently detained at the Taguig City Police Station has been served another warrant of arrest for malversation of public property. Joint police units served the arrest warrant against former Patrolman Christian Agliam, 30, at about 2 p.m. Monday while he was at the Station Investigation Detection and Management Division of the Taguig City Police Station.
