LUCENA CITY ---- Police arrested a former drug convict in a buy-bust operation in Candelaria town in Quezon province on Wednesday night. Florencio Cunanan Jr., 37, was collared by anti-illegal drugs operatives after he sold "shabu" (crystal meth) to a police agent in a transaction in Barangay Malabanban Sur around 10 p.m., a report from the Quezon police said. Authorities seized three plastic sachets of shabu worth P12,512 in the street market at the prevailing price of P6,800 per gram.
