LUCENA CITY -- Police arrested a former overseas worker when she was caught allegedly selling "shabu" (crystal meth) in a buy-bust operation in Tayabas City on Saturday night, police said Sunday. Rhysan Malubay, 39, who used to work abroad, was nabbed by anti-illegal drugs operatives after she sold shabu to an undercover police officer in Barangay (village) Isabang around 8:10 p.m. The suspect yielded four plastic sachets of shabu weighing 15.2 grams worth P84,360 in the street market at the prevailing price of P5,550 per gram.
