BACOLOD CITY ---- The husband of the Bacolea, who was recently killed in the United States, was arrested by the Fort Lupton Police Department. The police arrested Joseph Allan Garza, 37, of Fort Lupton, Colorado for allegedly killing 27-year-old Russcel Recelistino on November 27 in a domestic violence-related incident. Recelistino's mother Cely said a hearing was held on her daughter's murder on Tuesday. Her employer at the Wholly Stromboli restaurant, Melissa Greenblatt Rickman, attended on her behalf.
