MANILA, Philippines --- A portion of Roxas Boulevard in Manila will be closed to vehicular traffic on Sunday, Dec. 8, to make way for the Philippine Red Cross' (PRC) Million Volunteer Run (MVR). Manila District Traffic Enforcement Unit (MDTEU) on Saturday announced that the southbound lane of Roxas Boulevard from Katigbak Drive to P. Ocampo will be closed starting at 4 a.m. Motorists are advised to follow the following alternative routes: -Vehicles coming from Jones, McArthur, Quezon bridges intending to ply the southbound lane of Roxas Blvd., shall go straight to Taft Ave., to point of destination. -Vehicles coming from Bonifacio Drive shall turn left to P.
