MANILA, Philippines --- The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) on Tuesday appealed to the management of malls along Edsa to seal its entrances facing the major thoroughfare to help ease the traffic. MMDA - Edsa traffic chief Bong Nebrija said that vehicles trying to enter malls and queueing for parking spaces contribute to the worsening traffic along Edsa.
