SAN PEDRO CITY ---- The police recovered P3.4 million worth of suspected "shabu" (crystal meth) from two village officials in Dasmarias City in Cavite province early Friday. Cavite police chief Col. Marlon Santos, in a text message, identified the suspect as Pacalinog Rasul, 52, a councilor in Barangay Datu Esmael. Rasul, the subject of the 2 a.m. buy-bust operation in his village, was listed as a police "high-value target" for illegal drugs. The police also arrested Rasul's companion, Taratingan Ala, 63, who was a watchman in the same village.
