MANILA, Philippines --- A policeman assigned to Police Station 3 (Talipapa) of the Quezon City Police District tested positive for marijuana use after a recent drug test conducted as part of the "internal cleansing program" of the Philippine National Police (PNP). According to a report from the National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) on Tuesday, a random drug test was conducted on 20 personnel of the said police station on December 18. Results of the drug test forwarded to Talipapa police on Monday showed Cpl.
