MANILA, Philippines --- Typhoon Tisoy is now off the coast of Bondoc Peninsula as it maintained its strength on Tuesday morning, the weather bureau reported. In its Severe Weather Bulletin issued at 8 a.m. Tuesday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said Tisoy is currently bringing violent winds and heavy to intense rainfall over the southern part of Quezon, Marinduque and Romblon while its eyewall or center of the typhoon is expected to affect Cavite, Batangas and the northern portion of Mindoro provinces within three hours.
